Benvale Property is also a developer with the purpose of actively engaging in repurposing, and developing larger sites into mixed-use schemes that cater to both the private and social sectors.
With such schemes, Benvale Property will collaborate with its business partners and stakeholders to provide optimal utilisation, private / social sector integration and community amenity such that it adheres to our principles for sustainable and socially responsible housing solutions.
Michael's experience includes being a developer and raising capital for larger mixed use real estate projects. He applies this experience as the Director of Benvale Holdings to the driving vision behind Benvale's subsidiary companies.
